Our Story
Blue World City (BWC) Islamabad is a large-scale housing society on Chakri Road near Rawalpindi. Launched as a joint venture between Pakistan's Blue Group of Companies (BGC) and China's Shan Jian Municipal Engineering Company, BWC represents the first privately funded Pak-China housing project.
The project covers 100,000+ Kanal of land, with separate zones for residential, commercial, recreational, and tourism development. BWC secured its NOC from District Council Rawalpindi on August 7, 2018.

Blue Group of Companies (BGC)
BGC is the parent organization of Blue World City. The group operates in real estate development, construction, and infrastructure. BGC's collaboration with IGC (Shan Jian Municipal Engineering Company, China) forms the BGC-IGC consortium responsible for BWC's development.
