Step-by-Step Process

Choose Your Plot
Select the block, plot size, and category (residential or commercial). Compare prices in the payment plan section.

Contact Authorized Dealer
Reach out to BWC's authorized dealer via phone (+92-51-111-223-456) or WhatsApp (+92-315-425-4249) to confirm plot availability.

Submit Required Documents
Provide: Copy of CNIC (front and back), 2 passport-sized photographs, Next-of-kin CNIC copy.

Pay Down Payment
Pay 10% of total plot price as down payment. Payment methods: bank transfer, pay order, or cheque.

Receive Booking Confirmation
BWC issues a booking confirmation and allotment letter with your plot number and payment schedule.

Monthly Installments
Pay monthly installments as per your payment plan (40 installments for most blocks, 20 for TBD).
Required Documentation
- Copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
- 2 passport-sized photographs
- Proof of down payment (bank receipt or pay order)
- Next-of-kin CNIC copy
- Passport copy (for overseas Pakistanis)
